In a lecture from 2011, called The Coming War On General Computing, Cory Doctorow makes some pretty brilliant predictions on how legislators (in tandem with corporations) will try their damnedest to curb internet piracy, and in doing so, continuously shoot themselves in the foot, as said pirates will always be a step ahead.
